Matt has represented residential developments of over 300 million in value, and has handled commercial acquisitions in excess of 65 million dollars.

As co-managing director of Matt Garrison Group, Bob has personally overseen over ½ billion in residential sales since 2003. Bob has also managed development marketing projects in aggregate value of over 300 million dollars. Bob is in charge of all operational aspects of Matt Garrison Group.
